Shipping

We offer FREE Express shipping for orders of $99 or more, and for orders under $99, charge a flat rate of $9.99 for Standard Express Shipping (~1-3 business days) or $6.99 for No-Rush Shipping (~2-5 business days). We ship from regional warehouses throughout the U.S. to expedite the shipping process and get you your order as soon as possible. Orders received by 4 p.m. on a business day in the time zone of delivery will generally ship the same day.

At this time, we can only accept orders from U.S. customers and can only ship to addresses in the lower 48 states and the District of Columbia.

Returns

We accept returns of unused items if you notify us within 30 days of your order date. We sell only first quality products—if any items arrive damaged, please notify us within 30 days of your order date so we can arrange for the items to be replaced. For priority processing of returns, please contact us at info@wholesaleclothingstore.com.

We do not charge any restocking fee for returns. Once you notify us that you would like to make a return (please see our Contact Us page), we will provide you with a Return Authorization.

We are unable to accept undergarments (including socks) for return if they have been tried on or removed from their original packaging, as applicable.
