Terms & Conditions

Last updated: November 2, 2026

1. About us and these terms

WholesaleClothingStore.com is operated by Suppliest Co. LLC (“Wholesale Clothing Store,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and purchases from us.

Please read these Terms before placing an order. By placing an order after being presented with these Terms and an opportunity to review them, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated below.

Our Shipping and Delivery Policy and Return Policy form part of the terms of your purchase. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. If a specific shipping or return provision conflicts with a general provision here, the more specific policy applies to that subject, subject always to applicable law.

2. Eligibility and business purchases

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to place an order. If you purchase for a business, organization, or another person, you represent that you have authority to make the purchase on their behalf.

Products may be purchased for personal use, business use, decoration, or resale, subject to any product-specific restrictions disclosed before purchase and applicable law. You are responsible for your own resale activities and any representations you make to your customers. Purchasing products does not give you ownership of a manufacturer’s trademarks or other intellectual property.

3. Accounts and customer information

You agree to provide accurate and current contact, billing, and shipping information. Keep your account and any email account used to access it secure. Do not share verification codes or allow unauthorized access. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

You may be able to view order information and save addresses or payment methods through your account. Information shown in an account does not replace an order confirmation, refund notice, or other communication addressing a specific transaction.

We may restrict account access when reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, misuse, or security concerns.

4. Product information and availability

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, size charts, pricing, and availability. Some information comes from manufacturers and distributors and may change. Inventory can change between viewing a product and processing an order.

Images are illustrative. Screen settings, lighting, and manufacturing differences can affect how a color appears. Size charts are guides; review the information for the particular style before ordering.

If exact color, fit, or suitability for a particular decoration process is important, consider ordering a sample before committing to a larger purchase. We do not guarantee a product will work with every printing, embroidery, heat-transfer, or other decoration process.

5. Prices, discounts, and taxes

Prices are in US dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. Prices and promotional offers may change before you place an order. Items saved in a cart do not reserve inventory or lock in a price.

Order-based pricing, bulk discounts, coupons, and special offers are subject to the eligibility requirements displayed on the website or provided with the offer. The qualifying amount for a pricing tier may differ from the qualifying amount for free shipping; the applicable pricing and shipping disclosures explain those calculations.

The checkout total shows applicable discounts, shipping charges, and taxes before you submit payment. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected items. If an item is cancelled because of a pricing error, any payment collected for that item will be refunded. Any proposed purchase at a corrected price requires your authorization.

Tax exemptions require valid documentation and our verification. An exemption is not established merely by entering a business name or identifying yourself as a reseller.

6. Placing orders

By submitting an order, you make a binding commitment to purchase the items ordered and pay the total shown at checkout. Orders typically begin processing immediately after placement and usually cannot be canceled or changed. See Section 8 for cancellation and change requests.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order or an affected item because of unavailable inventory, a material listing error, an unverifiable address or payment, suspected fraud, a disclosed sales restriction, or another lawful reason. We will notify you using the contact information you provided and refund any payment collected for cancelled merchandise, including applicable taxes and shipping amounts that are refundable under applicable law.

If only part of your order is unavailable, we may cancel the affected items and fulfill the remainder, subject to applicable law.

7. Payment

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may depend on your device, location, and payment provider.

By submitting your order, you authorize the payment necessary to complete that purchase, up to the total you approved. Your payment provider may place a temporary authorization hold, and the timing of charges, released holds, and posted refunds depends in part on that provider.

Saving a payment method, where offered, allows you to select it for future purchases.

Refunds are ordinarily issued to the original payment method, subject to the Return Policy and applicable law.

8. Order changes and cancellations

Orders typically begin processing immediately after placement and usually cannot be canceled or changed. Once an order has entered processing, we cannot accept cancellation requests or changes to items, quantities, or the shipping address. If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us immediately. We do not guarantee a cancellation or change window.

Submitting a request does not cancel or change your order. A cancellation or change is effective only when we confirm it. If your order cannot be canceled, eligible merchandise may be returned under our Return Policy.

If we confirm cancellation before shipment, we will release the applicable authorization or refund the amount collected for the cancelled items and any applicable refundable charges.

9. Shipping and delivery

Orders may ship directly from one or more warehouses or suppliers and may arrive in separate packages on different days. Tracking information may be provided separately for each shipment. The arrival of one package does not necessarily mean the entire order has been delivered.

Delivery dates shown on product pages, in the cart, at checkout, or in order communications are estimates unless a shipping service is expressly identified as guaranteed. Estimates depend on processing, inventory location, the destination, and carrier transit times. If you need an order for an event or production deadline, allow additional time.

An expedited service does not create a delivery guarantee unless we expressly offer one. Any guarantee and its remedy must be disclosed with the shipping service before purchase.

Our Shipping and Delivery Policy provides further details about shipping services, delivery issues, and any applicable guarantees.

10. Addresses, missing packages, and delivery problems

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including the recipient or business name, apartment or suite number, and postal code. We are not responsible for lost packages, misdelivery, delays, or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address you provide. Contact us immediately if you discover an error; an address correction may not be possible once processing begins.

Additional shipping charges arising from an incorrect or incomplete address, refused delivery, or an unclaimed package are your responsibility, subject to our Shipping and Delivery Policy and applicable law.

If tracking indicates delivery but you cannot locate the package, check the delivery location, household members, receiving department, and nearby secure areas, then contact us promptly. We may review carrier scans, delivery photographs, and other available information.

If your package has not arrived one day after its expected delivery date, or one day after tracking shows it was delivered, contact us promptly. Please report a missing package no later than 14 calendar days after its expected delivery date, or after the date tracking shows it was delivered if it is marked delivered. Follow the process in our Return Policy, which provides for a replacement or refund once we confirm the loss, except where the loss or non-delivery results from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address you provided. We may request information needed to review a claim and obtain carrier records. In connection with a carrier claim for a lost or delayed package, we may provide the carrier with your name, contact information, and relevant order and delivery details for its investigation, as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree to cooperate with the carrier’s investigation to the extent practicable, including responding to reasonable requests and confirming whether you received the package. Failure to provide reasonably requested information may delay or prevent resolution of the claim.

11. Inspecting merchandise and reporting problems

Inspect all items promptly after delivery, including orders shipped directly to a decorator or another recipient. Check styles, colors, sizes, quantities, and condition before printing, embroidering, washing, relabeling, or otherwise altering the merchandise.

Report items missing from a shipment, incorrect items, and damaged or defective items within 30 calendar days of your order date through the contact method in our Return Policy. Include your order number and a description of the problem. We may request photographs of affected items and packaging or other information reasonably needed to investigate.

We do not accept returns of merchandise that has been printed, embroidered, washed, relabeled, or otherwise altered. Inspect all merchandise before alteration, including items delivered directly to your decorator.

Claims for missing, incorrect, damaged, or defective merchandise are subject to the requirements and procedures in our Return Policy.

12. Returns and refunds

Our Return Policy sets out the return window, eligible products, merchandise-condition requirements, authorization process, shipping responsibilities, and refund timing. Review it before ordering.

Obtain return authorization and destination instructions before shipping merchandise back. Items from one order may need to be returned to different facilities depending on how they were shipped to you. Do not assume that the original shipping address or our business mailing address is the correct return destination.

For some items, we may provide a complimentary return label, as explained in our Return Policy. If we offer a return label for a customer-paid return, we will disclose the proposed charge or refund deduction before you accept it. Whether you may use your own carrier is explained in the Return Policy.

A refund for returned merchandise is based on the amount actually paid for that merchandise, including the allocation of applicable discounts and taxes. Treatment of original shipping charges and any authorized return costs is explained in the Return Policy.

13. Communications and privacy

We may contact you about account access, payments, orders, fulfillment, delivery, returns, and other matters needed to provide the services you request. These communications are separate from promotional messages.

Our Privacy Policy describes our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information. Marketing choices and unsubscribe options are explained there and in the relevant messages.

14. Website content and acceptable use

The website’s text, design, software, photographs, and other content belong to us or the relevant rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the website to evaluate products, place orders, and manage your purchases. Purchasing merchandise does not grant a license to copy or commercially republish the website’s content.

You may not use the website to commit fraud, submit knowingly false information, access another person’s account without permission, introduce malicious software, bypass security controls, collect other customers’ personal information, or disrupt the service. Automated access that interferes with the service or circumvents access controls is prohibited. You may not scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract catalog, product, pricing, or inventory data in bulk without our prior written permission.

If you submit a review or rating, you give us permission to display and reproduce that review or rating in connection with our products and business, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy. This permission does not apply to private support correspondence, payment details, or confidential order information.

15. Third-party services and website availability

We use third-party services to support functions such as payments, account access, shipping, and website operation. Separate terms may apply when you choose to use a third-party payment service or visit another website.

We aim to keep the website available and accurate but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may maintain, update, or suspend website features.

16. Warranties and limits on liability

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN WRITING, THE WEBSITE, ITS CONTENT, AND PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OFFERED THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED AS AVAILABLE AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted, secure, or error-free website operation or that electronic communications will be free of harmful code. Any manufacturer warranty is subject to its own terms.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUPPLIEST CO. LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE WEBSITE OR A PURCHASE, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST BUSINESS, MISSED EVENTS, LOST CONTRACTS, DATA LOSS, OR PRODUCTION DOWNTIME, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSSES.

We do not reimburse printing, embroidery, alteration, or other processing costs incurred by you or a third party. Inspect merchandise before processing it as described in Section 11.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for an order-related claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected merchandise and associated taxes and shipping charges.

Nothing in these Terms or the incorporated policies excludes or limits rights, warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. All exclusions and limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

17. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Suppliest Co. LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable legal expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, unlawful use of the website, or infringement of another person’s rights through content you supply. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit any review, rating, photograph, or other content and permit its authorized use. This obligation applies only to the extent a claim results from your conduct and does not shift responsibility for our own unlawful conduct to you.

18. Binding arbitration and dispute resolution

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. YOU AND SUPPLIEST CO. LLC AGREE TO RESOLVE COVERED DISPUTES THROUGH GOOD-FAITH INFORMAL DISCUSSIONS, THEN MEDIATION, THEN BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION. FOR CLAIMS SUBJECT TO ARBITRATION, BOTH PARTIES GIVE UP A COURT OR JURY TRIAL. CLASS AND REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDINGS ARE LIMITED AS DESCRIBED BELOW.

Scope and exceptions. This section applies to disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or purchases from us. Either party may bring a qualifying individual claim in small claims court without first completing informal resolution or mediation. Either party may seek urgent provisional relief from a court to preserve rights pending arbitration. Nonwaivable claims for public injunctive relief may be brought in court if they cannot lawfully be arbitrated. A court will decide whether an arbitration agreement was formed and whether the class-action restriction below is enforceable.

Notice and informal resolution. Before requesting mediation, the party raising a dispute must send written notice identifying the parties, relevant order numbers, the facts, and the relief sought. Notices to us must be mailed to Suppliest Co. LLC, Attn: Dispute Resolution, PO Box 492042, Los Angeles, CA 90049. We will send notice to your most recent email or mailing address on file. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through direct discussions for 60 days after receipt, unless they agree to proceed to mediation sooner.

Mediation. If direct discussions do not resolve the dispute, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve it through mediation administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The AAA Consumer Mediation Procedures apply to consumer disputes; the AAA Commercial Mediation Procedures apply to other disputes. Either party may request mediation. Unless the parties agree otherwise, mediation will take place remotely. Either party may proceed to arbitration if mediation ends without a settlement or 60 days have elapsed after the mediation request was delivered to AAA and the other party. A party’s refusal to participate will not prevent the other party from proceeding. Applicable limitation periods are tolled during the required informal-resolution and mediation periods to the extent permitted by law.

Arbitration. Any dispute remaining unresolved after these steps will be settled by binding arbitration administered by AAA before one neutral arbitrator. The AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules apply to consumer disputes; the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules apply to other disputes. Applicable AAA consumer requirements control over conflicting provisions of these Terms. Rules and filing information are available at adr.org. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this arbitration agreement, and the arbitrator will apply California substantive law subject to applicable federal and other mandatory law.

Location and procedure. The place of arbitration will be Los Angeles, California, except where applicable AAA consumer requirements or law require another location. Arbitration will be conducted by submission of documents, without an oral or in-person hearing, unless the parties agree otherwise or the arbitrator determines that a hearing is required under the applicable AAA rules or law. Each party will, upon written request, promptly provide relevant documents reasonably requested by the other, subject to privilege and appropriate confidentiality protections. No other discovery will be permitted unless required by applicable law or authorized by the arbitrator under the applicable AAA rules.

Award. The arbitrator will issue a written award and apply the enforceable limitations of liability in Section 16. Nothing in this section restricts remedies that must remain available under applicable law or AAA consumer requirements. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

Fees and expenses. Mediation and arbitration fees will be allocated under the applicable AAA rules and fee schedules and applicable law. Each party will bear its own legal fees and other expenses, except where applicable law or the applicable rules authorize an award or require a different allocation.

Individual proceedings and class-action waiver. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND WE MAY BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not conduct class, collective, or representative arbitration. This restriction does not waive nonwaivable rights to public injunctive relief. If the restriction is unenforceable for a particular claim or request for relief, that claim or request will proceed in court, rather than class or representative arbitration. Other arbitrable claims remain subject to arbitration.

Governing law and court proceedings. California law and applicable federal law govern these Terms, subject to mandatory law that applies to a particular claim. Except for qualifying small-claims proceedings and where mandatory law requires another forum, court proceedings permitted by this section must be brought in the state or federal courts in Los Angeles County, California. Both parties consent to jurisdiction there.

Severability and survival. An unenforceable provision will be severed to the extent possible without defeating the individual-proceeding limitation above. This section survives account closure and completion or cancellation of an order. It applies only where the parties have validly agreed to it.

19. Changes to terms and other provisions

We may update these Terms from time to time and will identify the effective date of the revised version.

An order is governed by the terms and policies applicable when it was placed, unless you and we agree otherwise or applicable law requires a different result. Later changes do not retroactively reduce rights associated with an existing purchase.

These Terms, the incorporated purchase policies, and any specific written agreement between you and us govern the matters they cover. A specific written agreement controls over a conflicting general provision here.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply except where Section 18 requires a different result. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.

Events beyond our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for delays or failures in performance to the extent caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, fire, labor disruptions, carrier or transportation disruptions, outages of utilities or communications networks, war, civil unrest, public health emergencies, or government action.

Assignment. We may transfer these Terms and our rights and obligations under them in connection with a merger, reorganization, or sale of all or the relevant part of our business or assets, subject to applicable law.

Surviving obligations. Account closure or termination of access does not eliminate obligations incurred before termination. Outstanding payment obligations and provisions concerning intellectual property, indemnification, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution survive, together with other provisions that by their nature are intended to continue.
