CHEST: Measure under the arm and around the fullest part of the chest with arms down, keeping tape horizontal.
NECK: Neck Measure around the fullest part of the neck at the base. Chest Width Measure under the arm and around the fullest part of the chest with arms down, keeping tape horizontal.
